1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SecureClaim services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Services Description
SecureClaim provides fraud investigation, asset recovery, and case management services. The exact scope of services will be outlined in a separate service agreement for each case.
3. Client Obligations
You agree to provide accurate and complete information regarding your case. You acknowledge that the success of your case depends in part on the timely provision of accurate information.
4. Fees and Payment
Fees for services will be outlined in your service agreement. Payment terms are specified in the agreement and may include contingency fees, flat fees, or hourly rates depending on the service.
5. Limitation of Liability
SecureClaim shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement in accordance with the terms specified therein. Upon termination, you remain responsible for fees incurred up to the termination date.
7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
